In this article, you will learn how to view the schedule snapshots and access a 5-day schedule overview. You can also view summary of details under the grass/liquid shipments, services, other products, export shipments, and user schedule tabs.
- On the Module Menu, click Schedule Snapshot. You will be directed to the Schedule Snapshot page.

- In the Schedule Snapshot panel, define the date range and location:
- Next 5 Days From: click the field to activate a Calendar and select the start date of the 5-Day Overview filter.
- Location: click the drop-down arrow to select the Farm Location.
- The 5-Day Overview panel displays the selected date and location's 5-day schedule overview.
In this example, we will view the first day of the selected date range. There are five (5) detail tabs; (a) Grass/Liquid, (b) Services, (c) Other Products, (d) Export Shipments, and (e) User Schedule.- Grass/Liquid Shipments: this tab is open by default, it displays shipment information for grass and/or liquid orders. You can edit an order from this page by clicking the
button.
- To view the Services Schedule Snapshots, click the Services tab.
- Services: this tab displays the schedule snapshots and basic information for services (i.e. CT Installation, Track Mack Unrolling, etc.). You can also update the status of the services from this tab. The

- To view Other Products Schedule Snapshots, click the Other Products tab.
- Other Products: this tab displays the schedule snapshots and basic order and shipping information for other products. You can also update the status of the selected item from this tab. The

- To Export Shipment details, click the Export Shipments tab.
- Export Shipments: this tab displays the basic shipment information and allows you to export them.
- To Generate User Schedule Report, click the User Schedule tab.
- User Schedule: this tab displays the list of users (i.e. Drivers, Harvester, etc.). You can generate selected users' schedule reports from this tab.
- Grass/Liquid Shipments: this tab is open by default, it displays shipment information for grass and/or liquid orders. You can edit an order from this page by clicking the
