What is Turf-AI?

TurfLogistics' Turf-AI is an AI virtual assistant that answers your inquiries and can process your requests. It is an added feature to improve your overall TL experience. When using to answer your inquiry, it will provide a summary of the existing help articles and links to the complete help center articles.

To process a request, simply type in the request in the chat box and Turf-AI will prompt you to the appropriate screen (i.e. Create Order screen, Create Driver screen, etc.)

Using Turf-AI

Using this feature is straightforward, just enter your question/request into the chatbox and click Send. Turf-AI will generate relevant answers for you. In this example, Turf-AI is used to find answers to a query.

You can also use voice commands once you activated the Voice Inquiry/Request feature.

Lastly, you can use Sample Prompts and modify it if needed.

Activating Voice Inquiry/Request

This feature lets you use the voice inquiry/request option through your device's microphone. When using this feature for the first time, you will be prompted by your device to allow TurfLogistics to use the Microphone. Ensure to select the Allow button to proceed.

To use this feature, click the Microphone icon and speak to your microphone.

Note: a Red box will appear on the Turf-AI indicating that the Voice Command is enabled.

Muting Turf-AI

Ensure that the Turf-AI chatbox is active (expanded), find and click the Speaker icon to mute/unmute Turf-AI.

Deleting Current Inquiry/Request

To delete or remove the Turf-AI's chat box content, click the Delete icon. If you wish to hide the chat box but display the inquiry/request field, click the Drop-down arrow.

Viewing Sample Prompts

To access and view the sample prompts, click the Help icon (?). This will display the list of Sample Prompts. Click one of the sample prompts and press the Enter/Return key on your keyboard or click the Send button.

Feel free to modify the prompts as needed.

Changing Turf-AI Voice

To change the Turf-AI voice, click the Assistant\'s Voice Drop-down arrow and select the preferred voice.

Hide/Display Turf-AI

Hide/display the Turf-AI Chat box by clicking the AI icon. Hiding the Turf-AI chat box will not disable it but will no longer display the feature. To display the chat box, click the AI icon.
