In this article, you will learn how to update existing vendors. The Update Vendors page also allows you to add more products as well as activate/deactivate the vendor.

  1. On the Module Menu, click Vendor Mgmt. and select View Vendors.
  2. You will be directed to the Vendor Management page. Use the Search/Filter parameter fields to narrow your search (e.g. Name, Product, Active).
  3. After defining the search/filter parameters, click >SEARCH.
  4. The related results will appear in the list. Find the vendor that you want to update and click its Update Vendor icon.
  5. You will be directed to the Update Vendor page, in this page, you can update the vendor details such as:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Active
    • Products
  6. After updating the vendor details, click >SAVE to apply the changes.
