In this article, you will learn how to enable users to receive SMS requests from clients. This task requires an Admin or Super Admin credentials. It is important to note that this is a prerequisite configuration before users/team members can receive SMS requests from clients.
- On the Module Menu, click User Management and select View Users. You will be directed to the Users Management screen.
- In the Users screen, find and select the user that you want to update by clicking its Update User icon.
- Find the Receive SMS Request option and select its Checkbox to enable.
- Click >SAVE to apply the changes.
