In this article, you will learn how to enable clients to receive SMS. This configuration enables clients to receive SMS notifications, messages from farms, and SMS communication with office personnel for order updates, status, and/or inquiry.

  1. On the Module Menu, click Client Management and select View Clients. You will be directed to the Client Management screen.
  2. In the Clients screen, find and select the client that you want to update by clicking its Update Client icon.
  3. Scroll down to the Settings panel and find the Receive SMS field.
  4. Click the Receive SMS field's drop-down arrow and select Yes.
  5. Click >SAVE to apply the changes.
