The updated Messages module enables you to access email/SMS messages within the View Order screen. View email/SMS conversation with team (e.g. office, harvesters, drivers) or clients without having to leave the order screen. To do this, follow the instructions below.

  1. Click the Order Management module and select Orders.
  2. Click View Orders and find the order that you want to view.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the View Order screen and find the Messages section.
  4. In this section, you can view the following:
    • Channel
    • Sender/User
    • Subject
    • Content
    • Message Timestamp
    • Status
  5. You can also send or create email/SMS message by clicking the >SEND EMAIL or >SEND SMS buttons.
