In this article, you will learn how to access and use the Messages Advanced Search feature. This feature enables you to narrow your search down using filters designed for the messaging feature.

  1. On the Module Menu, click Messages. You will be directed to the Messages screen.
  2. Find and click the ADVANCED SEARCHED button to expand advanced search filters panel.
  3. In this panel, you can use the following filters to narrow down your search:
    • Message Channel ID
    • Message Category ID
    • Message Type
    • Sender/User
    • Email
    • Order No.
    • Sms-Phone
    • Subject
    • Order Actioned
    • Unread
    • Min Date
    • Max Date
    • B2B Message
  4. After selecting the filter parameter(s), click the >SEARCHbutton. This will display the relevant results.
    • Note: to clear the ADVANCED SEARCH filters, click the >RESET FILTERS button. This will remove all defined filters.
