No. Cancelled orders can no longer be reactivated. Once you cancelled the order, it will be permanent and irreversible. However, if you accidentally cancelled the order and needs to have a similar one, you can duplicate the cancelled one. Then, ensure to review all the order details before recalculating and saving the duplicated order. To do this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to the Order Management module.
  2. Select Orders and click View Orders.
  3. Find the Cancelled Order and click its Drop Down Menu on the right to enable more options.
  4. Select Duplicate. This will open an active order with the copied order details from the cancelled one.
  5. Review the duplicate order and click to create the new order.
