No. Cancelled orders can no longer be reactivated. Once you cancelled the order, it will be permanent and irreversible. However, if you accidentally cancelled the order and needs to have a similar one, you can duplicate the cancelled one. Then, ensure to review all the order details before recalculating and saving the duplicated order. To do this, follow the instructions below:
- Go to the Order Management module.
- Select Orders and click View Orders.
- Find the Cancelled Order and click its Drop Down Menu on the right to enable more options.
- Select Duplicate. This will open an active order with the copied order details from the cancelled one.
- Review the duplicate order and click to create the new order.
