There are two (2) possible causes that the cancelled orders disappear from the View Order screen, namely:

• The cancelled orders are deleted; in this case Turf Logistics can no longer retrieve the deleted orders.
• The Order Search filter's status is set to search status other than All or Cancelled, when this happens, cancelled orders will be excluded from the View Order screen.

To view the Cancelled Orders again, you can set the Filter Parameters' Order Status field to Cancelled to display just the cancelled order. You can also select All to display orders with different statuses.

You can also clear the parameters by clicking the button. This will remove all custom filters and will display all orders regardless of its status.
