In this article, you will learn how to allocate units or update unit allocation for shipment using the Truck Routing module.
- On the Module Menu, click Truck Routing and select Shipments. The Shipments sub-menu will expand, displaying the following options:
- View Shipments
- Create Shipment
- Export Shipments to CSV
- CSV Import
- Click View Shipments to search and view existing shipments. You will be directed to the Shipments page.
- On the Shipments page, use the Shipments panel to search/filter shipments by specifying one ore more details.
- After defining the search/filter parameters, click
. The relevant searched/filtered results will appear in the Shipments list. In this list, you can view some of the shipment's information. - Find the shipment that you want to update and click the Drop Down arrow in line with the selected shipment to enable more options.
- In the expanded Drop Down menu, select Inventory Allocation.
- You will be directed in the shipment's Inventory Allocation page wherein you can allocate the number of units for shipment.
- In the Inventory Allocation page, find the Allocate Units field and enter the number of units to allocate.
- Click SAVE to update the selected shipment.
