You can set the farm's billing channel preference by updating the Farm Settings. The Billing Preference field lets you choose billing notification channels that includes; email, fax, or mail.

1. On the Module Menu, click Farm Management and select Update Farm. You will be directed to the Update Farm page.
   
2. Scroll down and locate the Farm Settings panel. This panel enables you to update the Farm Settings to match the farm's actual standard procedures.
3. Find the Billing Preference field and select the preferred billing channel:
   • Email
   • Fax
   • Mail
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click thebutton to apply the changes.
   
5. A Confirmation message will appear on the screen indicating that the Farm Settings was successfully updated.
