In this article, you will learn how to edit/update user information and basic configuration of the selected user. This method is applicable to all User Groups (e.g. Admin, Office, Harvester, Driver).

  1. On the Module Menu, click User Management and select View Users. You will be directed to the Users Management page.
  2. In the Users panel, use the fields as filter parameters by entering one or more filter parameters.
    • Note: you can use multiple filter/search parameters.
  3. In this example, we used the Username field as a filter parameter. After entering the filter/search parameter(s), click.
  4. The searched/filtered results will appear in the Users list. On this list, you can view some of the user's information.
  5. To select and update a user, click the Update Usericon.
  6. The selected user's details will appear on the screen. In this screen, you can edit/update the user details and define basic user configuration. In this example, we updated the user's email address.
  7. Review the updated user details before saving.
  8. Clickto apply and save the changes.
  9. A Confirmation message will appear on the screen indicating that the User was successfully updated.
