In this article, you will learn how to change the existing convert request status to Partially Complete.

1. On the Module Menu, click Harvesting and select Convert Requests. The Convert Requests sub-menu will expand.
2. In the Convert Requests sub-menu, select View Convert Requests. You will be directed to the Convert Requests page.
3. In the Convert Requests panel, use the fields as filter parameters.
   • Note: you can use multiple filter/search parameters.
4. In this example, we use the Min Convert Date field. 
5. After specifying the filter/search parameter(s) click.
6. The searched/filtered results will appear in the Convert Requests list. Find the convert request and click its Drop Down Menu on the right to enable more options.
7. Select Partially Complete to enter the partially completed number of units for the selected convert request. The Partially Complete window will appear. Specify the required information:
   • From Units: Enter the number of units to be converted.
   • To Units: Enter the number of units that are partially completed.
8. Click to save the updated number of partially completed units.
9. A Confirmation message will appear on the screen indicating that the selected Convert Request was partially completed.
10. The selected convert request's status will appear as Partially Complete.
