In this article, you will learn how to update/edit existing refund requests.
- On the Module Menu, click Order Management and select Refunds. The Refunds sub-menu will expand.
- In the Refunds sub-menu, select View Refunds. You will be directed to the Refunds page.
- In the Refunds panel, use the fields as filter parameters.
- Note: you can use multiple filter/search parameters.
- In this example, we use the Client Name field.
- After specifying the filter/search parameter(s) click.
- The searched/filtered results will appear in the Refunds list.
- Select the refund request that you intend to update by clicking its Update Refundicon. The selected refund request will be enabled for editing.
- In the Refund panel, you can edit the enabled fields. In this example, we added a refund note in the Notes field.
- Review the changes prior to saving the selected refund request.
- Click to update the changes.
- A Confirmation message will appear on the screen indicating that the selected refund request was successfully updated.
