In this article, you will learn how to update/edit existing refund requests.

  1. On the Module Menu, click Order Management and select Refunds. The Refunds sub-menu will expand.

  2. In the Refunds sub-menu, select View Refunds. You will be directed to the Refunds page.
  3. In the Refunds panel, use the fields as filter parameters.
    • Note: you can use multiple filter/search parameters.
  4. In this example, we use the Client Name field.

  5. After specifying the filter/search parameter(s) click.
  6. The searched/filtered results will appear in the Refunds list.
  7. Select the refund request that you intend to update by clicking its Update Refundicon. The selected refund request will be enabled for editing.
  8. In the Refund panel, you can edit the enabled fields. In this example, we added a refund note in the Notes field.
  9. Review the changes prior to saving the selected refund request.
  10. Click to update the changes.
  11. A Confirmation message will appear on the screen indicating that the selected refund request was successfully updated.
