In this article, you will learn how to view existing refund requests.
- On the Module Menu, click Order Management and select Refunds. The Refunds sub-menu will expand.
- In the Refunds sub-menu, select View Refunds. You will be directed to the Refunds page.
- In the Refunds panel, use the fields as filter parameters.
- Note: you can use multiple filter/search parameters.
- In this example, we use the Client Name field.
- After specifying the filter/search parameter(s) click.
- The searched/filtered results will appear in the Refunds list. In this page, you can view the refund's summary
- Note: you can also Update or Delete a refund request from this page.
