In this article, you will learn how to create/add product inventories.


  1. On the Module Menu, click Inventory and select Create Inventory. You will be directed to the Create Inventory page.
  2. Specify the Inventory Details:
    • Stock Date: click the field to enable a Calendar. Select the stock date from the Calendar.
    • Location: click the drop down arrow to select the farm location where the inventory is stored.
    • Product: click the drop down arrow to select the product to associate with the inventory.
    • Unit Type: click the drop down arrow to select the unit type preference.
    • Unit Size: click the drop down arrow to select the unit size preference.
    • Units: enter the number of units for the specified inventory (product quantity).
  3. Review the details before saving. Click the button to create and save the Inventory.
  4. A Confirmation message will appear on the page indicating that the Inventory was successfully created.
