In this article, you will learn how to add trailers. This option lets you create a trailer and specify the trailer details.

1. On the Module Menu, click Driver Management and select Trailers. The Trailers sub-menu expands, choose Create Trailer.
2. You will be directed to the Create Trailer page. Specify the Trailer Details:

   Fields	Instructions
   Trailer #	enter the trailer number. Assign a number for this particular trailer
   Trailer Type	click the drop-down arrow to select the trailer type (e.g. Flatbed, Reefer)
   License Plate	enter the trailer's license plate
   Plate Expiration Date	click the field to enable a Calendar. Click the < > arrows to browse through the months and click the Date to select the plate expiration
   Inspection Expiration Date	click the field to enable a Calendar. Click the < > to browse through the months and click the Date to select the inspection expiration
   Notes	enter a note or trailer description (optional)
   Active	select the checkbox to activate the trailer

   
   
3. Review the Trailer Details before saving, click to add the trailer.
