In this article, you will learn how to delete existing sales representatives. If you wish to disable/deactivate a sales representative but keep its details, you can update the sales rep and de-select the Active checkbox.

1. On the Module Menu, click Sales Rep Mgmt. and select View Sales Reps. You will be directed to the Sales Rep Management page.
2. In the Sales Reps panel, use the fields as filter parameters.
   • Note: you can use multiple filter parameters.
     
3. After defining the filter parameters, click .
   
4. The filter/search results will appear on the Sales Reps list.
5. Find the sales rep you intend to delete and click the Delete Sales Repicon.
6. A Confirmation dialog box will appear. Clickto continue deleting the selected sales rep.
7. The selected sales rep will be deleted, a Confirmation message will also appear on the screen indicating that the selected sales rep was deleted successfully.
