In this article, you will learn how to view the harvester assignments.
- On the Module Menu, click Harvester Assignments. You will be directed to the Harvester Assignment page.
- Define the Harvester Assignment panel.
- In the Next 5 Days From field, click the field to activate a Calendar. Use the Calendar to set the start date of the 5-day overview.
- In the Location field, click the drop-down arrow to select the farm location. The Harvester Assignment page will refresh and displays the selected date range and location's details.
- To view the 5-day harvester assignment overview, locate the 5-Day Overview panel. This panel includes the cut dates and quantity of harvest for a specific time of day.
- To view the Daily Harvester Assignment details, scroll down and locate the assignment by day.
Daily harvester assignment panels are consists of four (4) sections; (a) Harvester List, (b) Scheduled Pick Ups, (c) Completed Pick Ups, and (d) Harvest Capacity.- Harvest List: this section displays the list of harvesting tasks plotted in the system from created orders. In this section, you can choose the preferred harvesting field, select harvester, tag cutting started and completed for listed assignments (See image above).
- Scheduled Pick Ups: this section displays customer orders that are for pick up. The section includes the basic order and harvest details, and its status.
- By default, the All radio button is selected to display all scheduled pick ups. To display items by time of day, you may click the appropriate radio button; Morning, Afternoon, Evening.

- Completed Pick Ups: this section displays the completed order pick ups. When orders are picked up by customers, the harvest details will appear in this section.

- Harvest Capacity: this section displays the harvest capacity of the chosen date. Each Location shows the harvest Time and Capacity (Sq Ft) fields which you can specify if harvesters can accommodate more.
- The Used Harvest Capacity (Sq Ft) column displays used harvest capacity.
- The Used Harvest Capacity (Sq Ft) column displays used harvest capacity.
- To view all the 5-day harvester assignment details, scroll down and review the information. You can edit/update the information if necessary.
