Can I add a disclaimer to a client's invoice? Yes. You certainly can. The Invoice Footnote field is designed for that purpose. It will allow you to create disclaimers for specific clients using the Client Management Module. Follow the steps below to create a client-specific disclaimer:

  1. On the Module Menu, click Client Management and select View Clients.
  2. Use the Clients section fields as search filters and click . The relevant searched results will appear in the Clients list.
  3. Locate the client and click the Update Client  icon. You will be directed to the Update Client screen.
  4. Scroll down to the Settings section and locate the Invoice Footnote field. In the Invoice Footnote field, enter the desired invoice disclaimer.
  5. Review the updated client information and configuration before saving. Click  to update the client settings.
