In this article, you will learn how to create a client-specific unit price. This is best used when product pricing differs for each client. You can specify the price of a product for specific clients.


  1. On the Module Menu, click Client Management and select View Clients. You will be directed to the Client Management page.
  2. On the Client Management page, use the Clients panel to search/filter clients by entering one or more details.
  3. After defining the filter parameters, click.
  4. On the Clients list, choose a client and click the Drop Down Menu in line of the chosen client. The Drop Down Menu will expand.
  5. Select Unit Prices and you will be directed to the Unit Prices page.
  6. Locate and click the button.
  7. You will be directed to the Create Unit Price page. Specify the Unit Price details.

    Min Size
    		enter the minimum unit size
    Max Size
    		enter the maximum unit size
    Price/Unit Size ($)
    		enter the price per unit size in US dollars or use the to calculate the price per unit size
    • To use the Price Calculator, click the button.
      1. The Price Calculator window appears.
      2. In the Unit Size field, enter the Unit Size.
      3. In the Cost/Unit ($) field, enter the product cost per unit in US Dollars.
      4. The Cost/Unit Size ($) field will display the calculations.
      5. Click to use the calculated price.
  8. Review the Unit Price details and click  to save and create the unit price.
